Free Community Healing Meditations
Following the catastrophic flooding events of March 28 – 29 in Lismore and other parts of the Northern Rivers, Siri Shakti Yoga is holding a series of free Community Meditations to help heal the emotional wounds of these traumatic events.
Meditations will be held in outdoor locations around Lismore to rovide an opportunity for the community to come together and share in emotionally healing Kundalini Yoga practices.
The first event will be held from 2-3pm on Easter Monday 17 April 2017 in Elizabeth Gardens, Lismore Heights.
Access to the park is via Diadem Street either by driving (walking) up and entering near High Street or by coming down from High street. Follow the rock wall to the area near the picnic table and join the group here.

Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training and workshops with international Kundalini Yoga lead trainer Guru Das
Level 1 & Level 2 Kundalini Teacher Training in Brunswick Head
The 200 hour Level 1 Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training (KYTT) with international trainer Guru Das is held every year in Brunswick Head. In addition to Level 1 training Guru Das holds regular Level 2 KYTT modules in Brunswick Head.
