Siri Shakti Yoga classes and workshops are held near the town centre of the NSW Northern Rivers town of Lismore at:

The studio has a few mats and props available however feel free to bring your own. Wear comfortable clothing that you can easily move in and don’t forget to bring your water bottle. In chilly winter weather, make sure you have warm comfy clothing and a blanket to rug up for savasana (deep relaxation)

Siri Shakti Yoga hosts Kundalini Trance Drumming workshops, usually on the 3rd weekend of the month in Lismore. From time to time these workshop are held in other locations around our region. Information about upcoming workshops can be found on the Kundalini Trance Drumming page.
We also host a Community Sadhana on the last Sunday of the month at the Mandala Garden Yoga & Wellness Centre. Community Sadhana is a two and a half hour practice.starting at 5:30am. Breakfast is shared after sadhana from 8am. Class exchange is a donation of either food to share for breakfast or a gold coin.
Foundations of Kundalini Yoga & Meditation – February 2018
Kundalini Yoga foundations courses are held regularly throughout the year. This course introduces the practice of Kundalini Yoga, providing students an informative introduction to the elements of kriya and meditation. Breath, mantra, mudra and technique are covered in detail with handouts provided every week.

General Kundalini Yoga
Thursday Night – 6pm to 7.30pm
An ongoing general Kundalini Yoga and Meditation class for all levels.
Wake Up and Shine Yoga
Wednesday Morning – 6:30 to 7:30
A dynamic Kundalini Yoga class to break the mid week hump day blues. Kick start your Wednesday and give yourself a mid week reboot
Connecting Souls – Kundalini Yoga for expecting mums
Thursday – 1:30pm to 2:30pm (starts 8 February 2018)
This class is all about connecting to the soul within, both your growing child and your True Self, with a combination of gentle exercise and Kundalini Meditation.
Herbal tea is shared after class. The practice of kriya and meditation in Kundalini Yoga can leave students feeling a little ‘high’. The sharing of tea helps to ground you before heading out of the studio.
Exchange for regular classes is $18/$15 for hour and half classes, $15/$13 for one hour classes.
If you feel that Kundalini Yoga is for you but regular classes just aren’t making it into your budget please contact Siri Shakti to talk about alternative exchange options.
Kundalini Yoga for Health Conditions
Siri Shakti Yoga is happy to be able to start offering a specially tailored group program for people living with health conditions in 2018. The first 8 week group will commence in March 2018. Please contact Siri Shakti if you are interested in participating in a therapeutic group.
